When a new mall opens up in Riverdale, the town's teens couldn't be happier. The seemingly kind owner has given them each a card entitling them to buy whatever their hearts desire...all on credit. But what the shoppers don't know is that their greed is turning them into mannequins when it's time to pay up, and the town has been hypnotized to forget that the missing teens ever existed.
