The Dupree’s arrive in London! And they must quickly navigate the culture shock. On a double-decker tour bus, Baylen becomes overstimulated, and her tics escalate, causing her a lot of distress. The Dupree’s are excited to try English cuisine but when Baylen becomes the focus in a small pub, they worry how much more she can handle.
