Emergency Helicopter Medics 4x5

The heli-medics rush to help a man who has a single penetrating wound in his back, but doesn't know if he's been shot or stabbed. Cyclist Thomas is knocked off his bike, and the medics perform roadside surgery in a bid to save his life.
