Ricochet and Droop-a-Long try to catch “The Whip” before he can cause trouble in town. After the Whip robs the bank and does his best to get away before the sheriff and his deputy can catch him, Ricochet and Droop-a-Long fail a few times before they decide to use a whistle to catch the Whip and cart him off to jail.
