Mrs. Thaler has joined the group “The Last Day,” which is preparing for the apocalypse. This displeases her daughter, who suspects a scam. Maloney, who is supposed to rescue her mother from the clutches of the doomsday guru in the woods, soon stumbles upon a “wrecked” corpse.
