McHale's Navy 4x6

After Binghamton throws Parker into the brig, under several unfair charges, McHale and Mayor Lugatto must cooperate in a plan to turn the glory-hungry Binghamton into 'The Great Liberator', as part of a plan to get the Ensign out of the slammer.
