Alex Polizzi visits Eden Lodge in the popular holiday and sailing resort of Falmouth in Cornwall, booking into the B&B as a guest to gain an impression of the average customer experience. She is not impressed by owners Lynn and Ziggy's self-decorated bedrooms and the condition of their indoor swimming pool, and decides they need a serious wake-up call if they are to operate at a profit.
