The Silver Thieves, Part 1
Armies of ghostlike creatures are stealing all of the Earth’s silver. Earth’s military forces and the police are powerless to stop these crooks because the creatures disable the authorities’ weapons with lightning bolts. One night, one of the silver thieves steals Underdog’s silver ring. When he is wakened by the theft, he is shocked by his assailant and left frozen solid.
