Kat runs late to an interview at Intrinsic Recruiting. In the lobby, she takes a pill to stave off a “condition.” The picturesque office’s facade soon starts to crack, with malfunctioning supplies, interchangeable receptionists, and a screaming child they “handle,” while BareNaked by Jennifer Love Hewitt blares from the elevator speakers.
